KBS does not sell or share personal information received from or on behalf of the Client KBS is prohibited from retaining, using, or disclosing the personal information for any purpose other than for the specific business purposes of billing and tracking as defined in the client Agreement. KBS does not retain, use, or disclose personal information outside of the direct business relationship between Service Provider and Client. KBS only collects the minimum personal information necessary to fulfill the Contracted Business Purposes and deletes such information within 40 days of the transaction completion.
