Additional comments from the broker
Cross Pixel uses a Cookie ID as its sole user identifier. With that being the case, we cannot access/delete a user's data without first knowing their ID. Upon receiving a request, we notify the user that additional information (their Cross Pixel Cookie ID) is required, which is easily accessible in our Privacy Portal. Most users do not provide that additional information.
